RETURNS & REFUNDS

We get it, purchasing from an online site can be tricky. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help and get you the support you need.

REQUIREMENTS

Returns are subject to quality approval by our returns department. Please take extra care to inspect all returned items to ensure they meet these requirements:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unstained
  • Free of hair and odors
  • No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles
  • Original Packaging
  • Sewn in tags attached
  • Within 14 days of receipt of package

HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

  • Please reach out to support@irresistiblecurves.com with you order number, full name and our customer service representatives should be able to address your request.
  • If eligible for an exchange or return: In the package, include your order number and full name.
  • Please email support@irresistiblecurves.com with your return tracking number so we can follow the process.

 

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

  • Shipping is not included in returns or exchanges

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

  • Please allow 3-7 working days for a return or exchange to be processed.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO BE ISSUED?

  • Once your return is received and processed (3-7 working days) and a refund is issued, it could take 3 days for the refund to show up on your statement. Please note that a refund could be issued but there is a latency period for that to show up in your statement.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

We use United States Postal Service (USPS) as our shipping carrier and your tracking number can be referenced on our site or theirs for tracking updates.
